Why are Erie County and local schools breaking the law and forcing masks

NYS Supreme Court Judge Rademacher makes it very clear that all mask orders are not Constitutional and must end immediately.

While schools and counties all over this state are doing their part to follow the rules and abide by the law, Erie County and area schools are opting to triple down and enforce mask directives. Why?

They have presented absolutely no basis for this whatsoever to justify it. Furthermore, they are the only county in NYS that has opted to enter into a State of Emergency. Why?

What they are doing is proof that they will not relinquish control over you or your families, in spite of the law, judges decisions and the fact no other counties in this state are doing this and hundreds of schools are complying and not forcing masks.
