Often times, the thought of losing weight can be overwhelming… especially when it might be hard to fit workouts into your already busy life. Anna Wilson, who was then a Registered Nurse working in a busy hospital, decided one day to make fitness her goal, and lost 60 pounds! Wilson then founded Rock That Fitness, and started coaching others on how to meet their health and nutrition goals. She sat down with Shawn to talk about it in today’s Health Solutions.
