Peace of Mind and Deep Sleep

Normally everyone does normal study to get a good job and for daily bread and butter.
What is the food for Relaxation...
When you Meditate it energizes Body cells , reactivates Brain ,Boosts Immunity ,Beats Depression , Gets super duper sound Sleep ,Strengthens will power ,Improves Focus and Creativity, Becomes highly Motivated and best part is that it balances Body and Mind.

Question : - When you had your last relaxation and with what ??? with friends/family ,good drinks ,nice tourist destination? is that really gave you happiness ? May be momentarily happiness but have you ever got happiness which might have nourished your body and mind ??? Think of it ....you may need of a good soothing / refreshing and heavenly music which may take you in some other world ,where you ,only you and you only .. no one else , suddenly you are noticing happiness within you ,felling very different than before...it may happen if you are relaxed ,stress free .
