Parking Lot Cornering Drill

When the trails are muddy or you don't have enough time for a long ride, you can still ride your bike, get a workout, and work on your skills. Just find an empty parking lot with at least 6 spaces and a clearly marked center line and you are all set!

This exercise is a good way to drill in the fundamentals of good cornering out on the trail. Get that bike angulation, hip rotation, vision, etc... dialed in on the parking lot and burnt into muscle memory so you don't have to think of those things out on the trail.
