A Russian wheelchair user built an "elevator" for himself

Alexander Yudin, a pensioner from Timashevsk, moves in a wheelchair. The problem is that he lives on the third floor, there is no elevator in the house, there is also a ramp, so it is difficult for him to climb.
The man found a way out — he built a crane lift himself, and made the entrance through the balcony. All thanks to the skills of an electrician and a crane operator (and the presence of ingenuity!).
