Hong Kong Hamster Massacre

The Hong Kong hamster massacre is zero strategy to protect its citizens. This public health policy that has been implemented by Australia, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Scotland, South Korea,Taiwan, Tonga, and Vietnam. This "control and maximum suppression" strategy involves using public health measures such as contact tracing, mass testing, border quarantine, lockdowns and mitigation software in order to stop community transmission.

This comes on the heal of Canada's public health agency (PHAC) admitted it tracked 33 million mobile devices.
