Thin Foldable Golden Pizza Made From Tube Dough

Pre-bake dough 6 minutes on dual heat pizza oven. After hot cooking timer shuts off, machine continues to spin with fan on. That”s how it operates☺️ Add sauce: Preheated 8oz can plain tomato sauce with garlic and onion powder, dried oregano, salt, pepper, pinch of sugar, and dried ground basil. Just a dash of each seasoning. Topping: 3 pre-cooked, paper towel drained, crumbled, breakfast sausage links (just remove casing with a knife sliced down center, then crumble meat with fork while frying in a bit of olive oil). Add 1/4 sliced raw onion, heaping Tbsp each of spinach and pineapple (water/juice squeezed out by hand) few sliced black olives and couple sliced garlic cloves. Top with mozzarella cheese. I added a bit of cornmeal under dough. It was actually leftover from a bag of Chicago hard rolls😉 just enough for added texture and flavor. Spray margarine on crust last few minutes of cooking. A little tomato sauce was left over and could be used for dipping or another dish. Pizza with toppings was cooked 12 minutes on dual heat. Transfer to cutting pan. Don’t cut on oven’s pan.
