It is of note that a police officer stated that the female protestor "hit him in the face," seemingly referencing the dignitary, but this was not evidenced by the supplied video.

Also of paramount importance, the uniformed "Police" refused on multiple occasions to provide their Badge Numbers and when the Police were called in this regard, they declined to answer the question of whether the police had to give their badge numbers saying, the onsite commander was aware of the situation and those involved.

This response however does not provide the necessary constraints in a free society that protect the public from the corruption of public officials, such as constables, and their management structures.

In the end an officer, on camera, gave a blurred scribbled badge number to the female protestor. It was clarified and documented.

Multiple uniformed "officers" were seen without badge numbers displayed Throughout the Day.
