Pat Healy sits down with Former Muay Thai Champion and Podcast host Chris Romulo. Chris details his start in martial arts which began from learning Tae Kwon Do from his father in his hometown of Queens New York. Chris talks about his time at Church Street Gym in NYC and helping to lead the development of Muay Thai within the legendary boxing gym. As an amateur Chris found success winning Bronze in the World Cup in Thailand. His success continued in the pro ranks winning multiple championships before ultimately retiring in 2011.
