Individual Bounding with Rifle - Standing Kneeling Prone

Getting back into priming/practicing for team movement drills with individual bounding with standing kneeling and prone. The drill starts at the 60 and goes back to 75-80. Closest shots standing, middle kneeling, furthers prone. One hit then move. Fight back(ward) and then fight (assault) forward, bounding between available cover.
