In the Bible, we have two agreements: the Old Testament/Old Covenant and the New Testament/New Covenant. Two dispensations: The Law + Grace. And God acts differently in the different agreements because He's committed to do certain things under the different agreements. That sure explains A LOT!

The Law and Grace. You can't keep the two under the same roof and hope to get victory in your life. It doesn't work that way.
