2022 Housing Predictions: Foreclosures Will Affect the Housing Market - Housing Bubble 2.0.

There is one key item that Mainstream Media and the current Housing Narrative often neglects: the future volume of Foreclosures. I can see their position regarding this. Why talk about anything negative with respect to the Housing Market when Home Value Appreciation is giving us double digit year over year growth every month. No one wants to ruin this party. However do not be fooled as we are able to see such dramatic numbers since the Housing Market is completely manipulated by our Government, Wall Street along with the Banks and Lenders. At some time in the near future, the Housing Market should pivot and the Shadow Inventory will play a major role by providing Inventory relief and some much needed lower acquisition prices.
