Does Gender Transitioning Kids Count as Child Abuse?

I was recently completing a training on identifying and reporting child abuse. And as I went through certain slides, I couldn't help but wonder if the current trends in treatment of children with gender dysphoria count as child abuse. So, let's examine the different types of child abuse and then check the evidence to see how well gender ideology, puberty blockers, hormone replacement therapy, and sex reassignment surgery measure up to the criteria for abuse.
