White chocolate maraschino cherry fudge

White chocolate maraschino cherry fudge is delicious and super easy to make. All you need is a bag of white chocolate chips and maraschino cherries. Microwave the white chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl for 2mins. Remove and stir until melted and smooth. Cut up maraschino cherries into small pieces and add to melted white chocolate. Mix well. Spread fudge into foil lined 8x8 pan. Top with chopped maraschino cherry pieces. Refrigerate 1hr until hardened. Remove from pan by lifting out foil. Cut fudge into 1 inch pieces. Yields 36 1 inch pieces. Enjoy!
