Captain's log: Stardate 50929.4

Although many of the crew were feeling a bit on edge about passing through 11 hours of Dominion space, all is turning out well. We're about ready to continue our journey through the wormhole to spend a week on the nearby station. I'm looking forward to sharing a raktajino with the Emissary. He is quite the man, I hear; he has me convinced our journey will lead to ultimate peace for the people in our sector.

I, also, look forward to visiting the bar on the station's promenade. You must be careful of the bartender though; he tried to swindle me in a self-sealing stem bolt deal. He does, however, have some fancy holodeck tech I'm hoping to acquire. Luckily I brought a bit of gold-pressed latinum to perk his lobes. I just hope the Lurian they call Morn doesn't talk my ear off this time.

It seems I will spend a great deal of time on the station when we arrive. Nevertheless, I get my best sleep when lulled to bed by the low hum of our ship's engines. Especially when I see the blue shimmer of nebula gas in a sea of stars passing at warp speed. I wouldn't trade my observation lounge for any other quarters.

I hope you all enjoy more relaxation or quality sleep here. Feel free to use my quarters whenever you'd like. I have everything you'll need; replicator is in the front room if you get hungry.
