Exercise of the day-1” deficit conventional deadlift

Real simple exercise but for me, this is working on what I struggle with the most in my competition deadlift. Tightening up the lats and bracing before the beginning of the movement is the deadlift in a nutshell. The deficit just increases the range of motion and makes the beginning harder.
