The English Tort of Intimidation is a valid claim that the NHS workers being told they will lose their jobs unless they submit to unlawful coercion and unlawful invalid informed consent.

Causing loss by unlawful means.

There are a number of cases that have been heard in the House of Lords referencing this Tort.
