German Shepherd Attacks Pitbull

German shepherds are generally smarter than pit bulls and more easy to train.

Contrary to popular opinion, pit bulls are generally friendly and social-oriented dogs and, but for the fear factor, not provide the security you are looking for. On the other hand, the strength of their jaw muscles make their bites extremely powerful and, sometimes, deadly. This also makes them a risk factor for children, who are both more apt to do something to provoke a dog and more likely to suffer serious injury if the dog attacks.

Before pit lovers jump on my case, be advised that I owned a pit bull, who was the most friendly, laid back, sweetest dog out of the many dogs I’ve owned. And she was great with kids, other dogs and even my step-daughter’s pet rats.
