A long bitch-talk with the manager about the conditions of the building I live in. I'm blowing off steam because the heat in the building had been off throughout the coldest spell we've had in Vancouver in my 61 years of living here (-9 C). Everyone was freezing their asses off and the owner (Blaine Culling, not the manager in the video) does nothing to upkeep the building, except when it comes to the nightclub he runs downstairs. This place was run a lot better when I moved in 15 years ago. This current manager is just letting the place go to shit. All previous managers lived here, so that may have something to do with it.
