Trey Wasserburger joined Mackenzie and I to update us on the Sustainable Beef, LLC processing plant that will be built in North Platte, Nebraska. We spoke at length about some of the real big issues surrounding the cattle business and why decentralization of our food supply is a good thing. Really great conversation on this one folks!
