Rep. Obernolte on the reconciliation bill: "Prove it"

The White House claimed that the reconciliation bill will not add a single dollar to the federal deficit. If my colleagues in Congress believe that, I call on them to prove it by letting the Congressional Budget Office do their job and calculate the cost of the bill before it is voted on.
