Building Freeze Dryer Carts - Part 3 - Finishing the Freeze Dryer and Vacuum Pump Cart

Finally done! (or at least done-ish)
Part 3: Moving the freeze dryer onto the new cart and hooking up the oil filter system to the new vacuum pump. And, finally, start freeze drying a batch of cubed cooked chicken. This is the longest we've gone without running the freeze dryer (5 weeks!) in the almost 4 years we've had the Harvest Right freeze dryer.

Freeze dried food will stay fresh for many years and be ready and waiting when you need it.
