Happy New Year everyone. We are excited to share some updates at the shop. Our new website is up with more in-depth descriptions of the services offered here. We also have a new herbalist working with us! She has quickly re-invigorated the energy with her herbal knowledge. We are grateful she is with us.

In this video we tell a story about what’s happening in BC, a message to our neighbors who operate gyms and information regarding the current cold going around and what herbs we are using.
