First Time VR Player Hits Her Head Hard

Info from Licensor: Christmas with my son, everyone wanted to play virtual reality. I did not know what it was, so of course I went first. I’m in an elevator and the door opens; I think I’m falling so I lean on the elevator wall and of course there was no wall. I fell and hit my head so hard that it broke sheetrock. No brain bleed, but my shoulder is not good.
