Ingredients:
2 eggs
half a small onion
4 small mushrooms sliced
salt/pepper
1 tortilla
cheese
bacon (optional)

Steps:
1. Sautee onion and mushrooms
2. Add two eggs mixed with salt and pepper
3. cook until starts to solify
4. Add tortilla on top
5. Flip when eggs are cooked
6. Add toppings like cheese and bacon
7. Flip and cook until cheese is melted
