Cogta KZN evacuates residents after flooding

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs has begun the evacuation of residents from Ladysmith and Msinga after heavy rain resulted in the Kliprivier and uThukela River bursting their banks.
