What Do I Eat Series | Breakfast | Ileostomy Friendly Diets

Typical breakfast for me as an Ileostomate.

Leftovers & eggs:

(Leftover)
-fried chicken
(no skin, just batter)
-turkey meatballs
-sliced white
potato (no skin)

(Fresh)
-scrambled eggs with Almond milk
-coffee
-NSA creamer & Skinny Mixes pumpkin syrup.

Great any time of day actually 🙂

As always with an ostomy, when trying something new, go small & slow. When it’s food, chew chew and chew some more. Digestion begins in the mouth!
