No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp sweetener
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and beat on high
with a hand mixer until it starts to thicken.
2. Add your cream cheese and powdered sweetener,
continue beating.
3. When stiff, add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice & beat until
firm.
4. Mix your strawberries with the rest of your lemon
juice & granular sweetener, mash together.
5. In 4 jars add 1 tbsp strawberry mixture & 2 tbsp
cream mixture to each.
6. Drizzle the remaining strawberry mixture on top.
