COVID-19 Test (Anomaly found under microscope) on test swab?

I have always loved the unseen world which lies underneath the lens of a good microscope. I have seen everything from microorganisms to my favorite, which is insects. What I stumbled upon one night after looking at a couple of Covid-19 test swabs was something I have never seen before. After watching the video you decide on what this anomaly could be and why it is in a Covid-19 test kit.
