Such a perfect lunch bowl! Some of you might not know what a “buddha bowl” is 🤷‍♀️ A buddha is a cold vegetarian served bowl with several foods in it! It is packed with protein and it’s deliciousss 🤓♥️

Ingredients (1 serving):
- 40 gr cooked quinoa
- little hand of spinach
- 60 gr mushrooms
- 35 gr chickpeas
- 40 gr fine green beans
- pumpkin seeds
- hemp seeds
- olive/coconut oil
- salt + pepper

Hummus:
- 20 gr (uncooked) beetroot
- 1 tsp olive oil
- lemons juice
- salt pepper
- 35 gr chickpeas

How?
1️⃣ cook your quinoa
2️⃣ put some oil into a pan and cook the mushrooms, beans and chickpeas with some pepper and salt.
3️⃣ meanwhile blend all the ingredients for the hummus together.
4️⃣ layeeerrr… (you can do it just like the picture or just grow everything into a bowl 🙂)
