These are a portion of my beloved abdominal muscle practices I've placed into a fast exercise that you can do 2-3 rounds of, assuming one round is excessively simple.

I've been doing this stomach muscle exercise 3 days every week during isolation. On days I feel great i'll do it 3-4 rounds. On days my body is more worn out here and there I just complete 2 rounds.

Make a point to propel yourself however remain inside your cutoff points! Make sure to pay attention to your body, you realize it best.
