In this video, Host Rich Girard tackles the record number of failing grades given in the city's school system...all while school board members fiddle over their health benefits, conflict of interest provisions in the Manchester City Charter be damned. Rich had an interesting map showing all of the sex offenders that live within a 10 minute walk of his house. They are not in the single family neighborhoods the mayor and city planners want to eliminate--map shows that, too! We were given an important update on Dartmouth Hitchcock's attempted take over of Catholic Medical Center and discussed the major allegations brought against the Manchester Fire Department.
