Forced Vaccinations in Third World Countries

In Thailand, pregnant Akha women are forced to receive vaccines -- including the tetanus toxoid vaccine -- in order to get ID cards for their babies. There are many documented cases of spontaneous abortion as a result.

Matthew McDaniel, a human rights activist, speaks with Akha women about the forced Tetanus vaccine, and the resulting miscarriages.

In 2011, UNICEF supported forced vaccinations on pregnant Akha women in Laos, causing many miscarriages.
