Car Deadlift Frame Bar - 405lbs

I went to a second location my local gym opened up sometime ago and was recommended by my trainer to give the car deadlift bar a try. Sometimes, you really can surprise yourself with how strong you are. Then again, it was a trap bar movement.

I wanted to do 4 sets of 8 reps, but this was the 3rd set, and right after I was done, my lower back was completely spent. I'm more into bodybuilding than I am powerlifting, but this is definitely a lift I'd like to try doing more of in the future.
