Challenging Noel to chili

The Chili Challenge begins!

All in fun, try making chili like this.

I use Wickes Fowler as a jump start. Yes, I will pay $2.00 rather than hunt down all the ingredients I don't regularly cook with.

You will need to add your meats of choice, garlic, onion, green bell pepper, cheese, crackers, and additional spices if desired(ghost peppers, serano peppers, Jalapeno peppers, paprika, and loads of peppermint patties :))

Spice Mix (from copycat). This mix converts from handful to womerns' measuring measurements.
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons masa
2 teaspoons dehydrated onion (1/2 cup chopped fresh onion)
1/2 teaspoon dehydrated garlic (1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
8 ounces tomato sauce
