DO THIS NOW! | Don't Miss Out on Revenue in 2022

Hey Ninja's! Just saw an article about the highest increase in inflation in 40 years; 7% in the month of December. If you are stuck with low paying jobs, wishing you could generate more revenue to keep up with inflation, then ADJUST YOUR RATES for 2022!

If you are scared about losing clients because you have to adjust your rates now, avoid terminology like, 'Price increase', 'Rate Increase'. Use 'Rate Adjustment', instead. If you explain to your client that you are needing to adjust their rate for 2022 to account for added costs in running your business, it is so much more palatable to their ears than hearing the word 'INCREASE'. All they hear is that you are a greedy lawn care company, and they don't want to pay you any more than they already are; in fact, they may even expect a rate decrease! After all, they 'know a guy that can do it cheaper'.

I can tell you that I was scared to adjust my rates in 2021. So nervous! I adjusted the rates on 100% of my clients by simply explaining the need to do so because of increased costs. Whether it's gas, maintenance, new equipment, labor... Everything is going up in price and you need to adjust your rates to be able to stay in business and purchase new equipment to become more efficient.
