LARGE CANYON EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER

There are a few canyons that are impressive east of the Mississippi River. Cloudland Canyon located in NW Georgia is one of them. Fall is the best time to hike and explore them since the WX is cooler and insects and reptiles are, for the most part dormant.
