From the Elizabethan Period “sea dogs”, to the Golden Age of Piracy on the Spanish Main and the “Pirate Republic” of the Caribbean, to the Battle of New Orleans during the War of 1812, join me and a crew of patriots, as we explore the life and times of these rogues, their battles on land and sea, the archaeological search for their lost treasures, and their historical legacy.

We shall also delve deeply into the corruption of colonial governments, the harsh policies of royal magistrates, and the impact they had in generating the countercultural and antigovernment actions of buccaneers.
