Quebec to Start FINING UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS, Signaling the Death of Canadian Freedom

Quebec becomes the first Province and perhaps the first place in the world to introduce the policy to start fining people who do get submit to the jab. No specifics have been released, but it's horrific policy to say the least.
