Tuskegee Airman, Lt. Col. James Harvey, Top Gunnery Plaque ceremony at Nellis AFB

Commander of Air Combat Command, Gen. Mark D. Kelly, hosted the unveiling of a plaque that several Tuskegee Airmen from the 332nd Fighter Group earned in 1949 at a Top Gunnery competition. On Behalf of the Airmen, (Ret.) Lt. Col. James Harvey will attend the ceremony to accept on the team's behalf.
