Life is hard so if course we look for shortcuts but lifehacks simply don't exist. And yes there are better ways of doing things but they still require effort and patience. There is no easy button to become more Successful or better with momen or to gain instant wealth. Choose one thing and master it until it becomes a habit and then build upon that. We can't expect to buy a course and get up everyday and take a cold shower, meditate, journal. run 5 miles and invest $1,000. We have to start slow and build upon that.
