La Palma Volcano Eruption

Since first erupting on September 2021, more than 2,000 homes are thought to have been destroyed and thousands of residents forced to evacuated. Lava from the Cumbre Vieja volcano continues to flow through the streets and an enormous clean-up operation will be required to restore the island to its previous state.
