The Reconciliation Build Back Big Labor Bill contains billions of dollars of taxpayer-funded programs that primarily benefit Big Labor Bosses and discriminate against most American workers.

The Build Back Big Labor Bill Earmarks billions of dollars that can only go to unionized programs.
o The $4,500 electric vehicle tax credit to that only applies to union-made vehicles
o Allocates $5 billion for apprenticeships, but restricts funding to programs to so-called R.A.P. programs, which are almost entirely controlled by Big Labor
o Provides bonuses for certain electrification projects that only apply to unionized contractors,

Provisions to effectively place a gag order on management, allowing Big Labor’s propaganda machine to operate unchallenged during an organizing drive.
o Increased Penalties up to $100,000
o Personal Liability for management employees

It spends taxpayer money to train direct care workers to unionize while forbidding their employers from objecting to unionization efforts in any way, effectively helping Big Labor skim off a percentage of Medicaid dollars.

Applies Davis-Bacon so-called “prevailing wage” requirements to various new spending programs. Because the “prevailing wage” is often set according to the union’s job classifications, these requirements are designed to make it more difficult for merit-shop contractors to bid on the projects financed by their tax dollars.

It even allows union members to claim an above-the-line tax deduction for union dues. That would be bad enough, but get this: If you exercise your freedom to NOT pay for union politics, but only pay the portion of the coerced union dues that covers the so-called cost of bargaining, YOU DON’T GET THE DEDUCTION. It’s only for full dues-paying members, creating a direct incentive though the tax code to fund Big Labor’s politics.
