Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

Ready in under 30 minutes, this parmesan cauliflower bites recipe is a quick and easy vegan snack idea.

Ingredients
1/4 cup of oat flour
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of dried parsley
1 tsp of black pepper
1/3 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1 head of cauliflower

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, nutritional yeast, onion powder, parsley, black pepper and almond milk. Mix well. Add in cornstarch and mix well.

2. Wash and break cauliflower head into small florets. Add to batter and mix well so that cauliflower is completely coated.

3. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and drizzle with a small amount of oil. Add cauliflower to pan and saute for 15 minutes, or until cauliflower has softened.

4. Let cool and serve and enjoy!
