Occurred on January 1, 2022 / San Mateo, California, USA
Info from Licensor: "An alleged drunk driver was driving on the freeway on New Year Day and we just wanted to alert other drivers behind to slow down. Which they did and we just kept on driving behind and yes we did call the police all the lines were busy and when they called back I gave them the information. They transferred me to the highway patrol and I told him the same thing. He said thank you so much but I don't know if they went to check or not."
