Exercises
*Warm up shoulder joints
*Warm up DB open flys
*Physio ball seated altn db curls 8-12 reps
*Physio ball altn shouder press 8-12 reps
*Physio ball stir the pot 6 each side L/R
*Physio ball contralateral 1 arm row 10-15
*Physio ball push ups 10-15
*Physio ball pass 10-15

Do 3 rounds with 30 sec rest in between sets
1 min rest in between rounds
