HIIT Routine:
3 Rounds for each exercise
30 seconds on 10 secs rest
1 min rest after each round

*Boxer Steps 30 secs on 10 sec rest
*Weighted Squats 30 sec on 10 sec rest
* X 3

*Rest 1 Min

*Boxer Heel To Toe 30 secs on 10 sec rest
*Bicep Curls W/Clean Overhead Shoulder Press (with bands or weights)
30 sec on 10 sec rest
* X 3

*Basic Bounce 30 secs on 10 sec rest
*Bent Over Rows 30 sec on 10 sec rest
* X 3
