Benmore water dam

We drove from Dog Kennel Corner near Tekapo to Benmore Dam. An experience but not for the faint hearted. A long way, 4 wheel drive, beautiful views, no sign posts to help you and we went wrong way twice. Was great to get to Benmore. Toll gates at both ends of the road.
