WHAT IS IT? Shiniest Fish EVER!

We were fishing for flounder at the Texas City Dike last year and caught the strangest, shiniest, thinnest, toothed fish I've ever seen. Some research shows it is called a Ribbon Fish but it's official name is a Cutlass Fish and they can grow to over 5 feet long. Super cool (IMHO). :)
