Updated: DNS build on CentOS 8

From VM, through the config and zone files and finally the client - we build the whole thing.

This version has a couple of comments (named-checkconf, chown) I forgot to mention during the build. Other than that it is the same.

Handy commands to check your files: named-checkconf and named-checkzone
